Welcome to Be Simply Mindful. We’re happy you’re here.

This site is dedicated to Mindfulness and Meditation as a way to cope with all the daily stressors in our lives.

Stress is a normal part of modern life. Many of us become overwhelmed, burned out and suffer physical ailments due to our stress levels. I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be that way. In the coming months, this site will bloom into a full fledged resource for all things mindfulness. In addition to in person classes in Seattle, we offer online classes and are currently producing digital downloadable classes so you can learn at your own pace.

Mindfulness is simple. A lot of it is counter to our usual ways of dealing with stress. We learn to face what stresses us and allow it to be as it is. This can be challenging at times, and also rewarding once you learn how well it works. Anyone can do these practices. We are passionate about sharing these benefits with the world. Look around and take advantage of what we have to offer!
