This is the place where busy people who want to manage stress learn how to do it simply. You don’t need to take up time you don’t have to spare.

You want to manage your stress. It’d be amazing to find you have energy at the end of the day instead of being exhausted. How can you be more capable to show up for the people and things that really matter to you?

You don’t even have time to start figuring out what to do. it starts with scrolling, binge a show, maybe have a glass of wine and fall into bed. There’s gotta be a better way.

That’s where I come in.

I take a practical approach to mindfulness, so you can apply it simply without taking up time you don’t have.

Cynthia Pellettiere

Helping you thrive with simple mindfulness practices.

Learning to meditate as a teenager changed my life. Meditation helped with stress relief off and on during my career in fashion design. I managed a team of 12, was responsible for $200 million worth in product and worked 60 hours a week. Busy? Stressed? Yep. I get it.

Still, I found myself overreacting to stress. Feeling like I was one step away from losing it. Why didn’t my morning meditation keep me calm until dinnertime? I knew there had to be a better way.

Enter Mindfulness.

Mindfulness is paying attention to the current moment. It’s noticing stress and reducing it WHEN IT HAPPENS. With mindfulness we learn to manage negative self talk, tackle the source of stress and emphasize self care. By becoming aware of our stress level, we keep it managed. We move out of autopilot into control.

Once I applied these techniques, my stress level plummeted. My life changed. I stopped overreacting. My anxiety came into check. I addressed my stress in a healthy way and found energy for things that really matter. It made me a better partner, employee and mom. So much so that I committed myself to helping others learn to manage stress with these simple tools.

I began leading meditations for my stressed out team. This led to 2 years training to be certified by two of the top mindfulness teachers in the world. In 2024 I completed Mindfulness Mentor training. Already have a meditation practice? Being a mentor means I can help experienced practitioners to refresh or deepen an existing practice. I also love mentoring those new to mindfulness with individualized training.
